YOUR ROLE

As a Logistics Operations Operator, you will play a vital role in planning, coordinating, and monitoring day-to-day logistics operations that ensure the seamless flow of goods within our project logistics segment. Your contribution will directly impact the efficiency and reliability of our supply chain solutions tailored to meet the complex demands of industrial projects.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO

• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments in line with company and customer requirements.
• Work closely with warehouses, carriers, and clients to optimize operations.
• Monitor shipments and proactively resolve transit or handling issues.
• Ensure accurate documentation (shipping, customs, inventory) for compliance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage updates and challenges.
• Billing, Reporting and Administrative Tasks
• Contribute to risk assessment and mitigation in project logistics

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor's Degree is required
• Experience in logistics operations, ideally in project/industrial logistics.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in logistics systems and Microsoft Office.
• Team-oriented, autonomous, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
• Professional English with strong communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solver with an operational mindset.
