Join our Finance team as we strengthen our billing and collection operations. This leadership role is key to driving strategy, efficiency, and financial risk management.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Billing & Collection Department with strategic oversight.
- Design and implement collection strategies, policies, and KPIs.
- Analyze trends, anticipate risks, and recommend solutions.
- Present insightful reports and recommendations to Management
- Provide direct oversight of supervisors, account coordinators, and field collectors.
- Work collaboratively with the VP for Finance in championing continuous process improvements, ERP upgrades, and stronger financial controls.
Qualifications
- 5 years of management and supervision experience in collections, billing, and cash management, preferably in B2B market
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in SAP or relevant software applications in order fulfillment, billing, and accounting
- Ability to lead and work collaboratively with teams
- High ethical standards, attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management
