JOB SUMMARY

The Assistant provides administrative support and handles billing and collection tasks for village HOAs. Responsibilities include processing payments, issuing billing statements, responding to resident inquiries, and maintaining accurate records to ensure efficient operations and timely collection of dues.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  1. Graduate of a Business-related course (e.g., Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field).
  2. Prior experience in administrative support, billing, or collections, preferably in property or HOA
  3. management.
  4. Good communication and customer service skills.
  5. Basic knowledge of accounting and billing software is an advantage.
  6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  7. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work collaboratively.
