BILLING AND COLLECTION ADMIN JOB DESCRIPTION

Will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely billing and collection of rental and utility

payments, maintaining financial records, and supporting the overall administrative operations of

the property. This role plays a key part by monitoring rent and utility collections, managing reports from onsite officers, coordinating preventive maintenance schedules, and ensuring all

administrative documentation is complete and up to date. The position also serves as a liaison

between tenants, service providers, and management to maintain smooth day-to-day operations

and uphold service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue accurate rental and utility bills on schedule.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely collections.
  • Maintain updated records of payments, account statuses, and tenant communication.
  • Review and consolidate daily and monthly reports submitted by onsite officers.
  • Track and coordinate preventive maintenance activities in coordination with service providers and maintenance teams.
  • Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and concerns related to billing and maintenance.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports for management, including collection summaries, delinquency reports, and maintenance schedules.
  • Support general administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and inventory management of office or facility supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations regarding billing and property management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in billing, collection, property management or administrative support.
  • Knowledge or rental billing, utility charges and collection processes
  • Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills
  • Organized, proactive, and goal-driven.
