Billing Analyst (Full-Time, Remote)

Overview

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and motivated Billing Analyst to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has a strong interest in analyzing billing data to identify cost-saving opportunities. If you take pride in helping clients understand their bills, resolving discrepancies, and delivering meaningful value, this position could be a great fit.

Note: This is a serious, full-time role requiring 4050 hours per week and a high level of focus, attention to detail, consistency, and self-motivation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze mobile telecommunications bills (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile) to identify billing errors, perform bill audits, and identify cost-saving opportunities for clients.
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email to explain charges, address concerns, and recommend account optimizations.
  • Work directly with telecom carriers to resolve billing issues, suspend lines, or cancel services when necessary.
  • Manage billing-related tasks, including reviewing billing tickets, responding to inquiries, and performing billing analysis.
  • Collaborate with billing teams, product teams, account managers, and support staff to ensure high-quality service.
  • Review and validate billing data to ensure accuracy and compliance with contracts, pricing plans, and service agreements as promised.

Qualifications

  • Strong English communication skills with clear, neutral pronunciation and professional phone etiquette.
  • Prior experience with telecommunications billing, particularly with Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile.
  • Ability to analyze complex billing statements and explain them in clear, simple terms.
  • Strong technical and organizational skills, including experience with spreadsheets and CRM tools.
  • Comfortable multitasking and working with dual monitors in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to maintain productivity while working independently.
  • Availability to work 4050 hours per week or as needed.
  • Business analyst experience preferred

Minimum Requirements

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download speed).
  • Reliable PC with Microsoft Office, preferably with dual monitors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and web-based CRM platforms.
  • Previous experience with telecom carrier billing and mobile telecom services.
  • Availability MondayFriday.
