Billing Analyst

We are looking for a Billing Analyst to support the end-to-end billing process for consultants and clients across North America, EMEA, and APAC.

What You'll Do

• Manage the end-to-end project billing and invoicing process
• Process billing and revenue adjustments, including write-ups, write-downs, gains/losses
• Review WIP (Work-in-Progress) and analyze billable amounts and carry-forward balances
• Ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition and billing
• Generate, review, obtain approval for, and dispatch draft and final invoices
• Investigate and resolve billing inquiries, exceptions, and disputes
• Process project accounting transactions from systems such as Oracle OTL and Accounts Payable
• Partner with consultants and internal teams to resolve billing issues
• Follow established billing, accounting, controls, and SLA requirements
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in Billing, Project Accounting, Accounts Receivable, or related finance operations
• Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems, preferably Project Accounting
• Understanding of accounting and revenue processes
• Strong ability to analyze financial data and resolve billing discrepancies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle billing inquiries professionally
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup in Taguig City
