As a Client Portal Administrator, you'll be responsible for the accurate and timely administration of client portal activities. This role acts as a key liaison between branch teams and client portals to ensure documentation is complete, compliant, and accessible.

What You'll Do
- Support branches across Australia by managing and maintaining client portal documentation and requirements.
- Upload client quotations, invoices, and supporting documents accurately within agreed timeframes and client KPIs.
- Ensure Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and compliance documentation are attached and submitted correctly.
- Review and verify documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before submission.
- Monitor client portals to keep records current, organized, and compliant with client requirements.
- Collaborate with branch teams to obtain missing information and resolve documentation discrepancies promptly.
- Contribute to efficient operations by supporting additional administrative tasks and process improvement initiatives as required.
Key Criteria
- Minimum 3 years experience in client portal management or administration.
- Experience working with customer portals, procurement systems or document management platforms.
- Experience working with Australian companies or Australian clients would be a great plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail, quality focus, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple branch locations.
Work setup:
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Full onsite setup for the first 3–6 months, aligned with Australian business hours: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Manila time. Depending on performance, the role will transition to a hybrid work setup thereafter.
