Job Description
We are hiring Financial Customer Service Representatives to assist clients with account inquiries, billing, and transactions while providing accurate, professional support.
Responsibilities
- Respond to financial inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Assist with payments, account updates, and billing questions
- Document all interactions in the system
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors
- Maintain productivity, quality, and client satisfaction metrics
Schedule & Training
Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays
Paid training on financial processes and systems
Requirements
- High School or Senior High School graduate (College preferred)
- Strong English communication
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented
- Basic computer literacy and multitasking ability
- Willing to work on-site in Quezon City.
