We are seeking two highly organized and analytical Internal Control Tower Managers specializing in Planning to join our Operations team. In this bilingual role, you will be the architectural force behind our maintenance production plans, ensuring that tooling and resources are perfectly aligned with operational demands across a 45-to-120-day horizon.
This is a billable, high-impact position that requires a unique blend of linguistic ability, technical planning expertise, and proactive problem-solving.
Core Responsibilities
- Production Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance production plans (45–120 days) and monitor schedule adherence across multiple tooling centers.
- Inventory & Systems Management: Maintain 100% inventory accuracy by aligning physical stock with ETM/system records and capturing real-time tool availability.
- Logistics Documentation: Generate packing lists and essential documentation to facilitate seamless domestic and international operational handoffs.
- Strategic Coordination: Plan and execute site-to-site transfers in close collaboration with the External Control Tower.
- Data Integrity: Manage data entry, validation, and reporting within specialized planning and tracking systems, utilizing auto-assigners and scheduling trackers.
- Process Optimization: Continually identify planning gaps and provide actionable recommendations to improve overall efficiency and accuracy.
Job Qualifications
Required Technical and Soft Skills:
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) is essential for stakeholder communication.
- Planning Expertise: Strong background in planning, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- System Navigation: Computer savvy with the ability to master complex planning tools and tracking systems.
- Operational Mindset: A self-starter who possesses a strong ownership mentality and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Analytical Thinking: The ability to think outside the box to resolve scheduling conflicts and operational bottlenecks.
Good to Have Skills:
- Experience in production scheduling.
