6+ months of Customer Service, Financial Services or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Spanish speakers, including those without prior BPO or Call Center experience, are encouraged to apply
Individuals who have completed Spanish courses or have experience as Spanish instructors are also welcome
Desired Qualifications:
At least 6+ months voice customer service experience in the BPO/Contact Center environment
