Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative to identify and engage potential customers through cold calling and lead qualification. This role is ideal for someone who can build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects, collaborate with the sales team, and foster long-term relationships to drive business growth. 

 

SDR Functional Responsibilities (Services In Scope)

Outbound

Cold calling into target accounts

- Persona-based Outreach sequencing

- Prospecting aligned to Client's ICP & TAM

- Account research and personalization

Inbound

- Fast response to inbound MQLs (goal: <15 minutes business-hours SLA)

- Qualifying inbound leads using Client criteria

- Routing + scheduling meetings for AEs

Event Support

- Follow-up on leads generated from global events (AWS Summits, Black Hat, IT-SA, etc.)

- Pre- and post-event outbound prospecting

Operational Tasks

- CRM hygiene and data maintenance

- Notes, tags, statuses, and handoff documentation

- Daily and weekly reporting

Services Out of Scope (Retained by Client Internal Team)

- Pricing discussions

- Proposal development

- Opportunity management beyond Stage 1

- Contract negotiation

- Customer success, renewal, or support activities

  • Internal escalations with Product, Security, or Legal
