About the Role
We are a fast-paced, technology-driven law practice seeking a Bilingual Intake / Client Success Specialist to support client communications and claim intake processes.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly conversational in both English and Mandarin, enjoys helping people, and thrives in a client-facing environment.
Prior legal experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate on our internal systems and processes. What matters most is your ability to communicate clearly, build trust with clients, and guide conversations with empathy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound client communications professionally and efficiently
- Conduct intake and pre-qualification calls with potential clients
- Explain processes clearly and gather accurate client information
- Maintain compassionate and professional communication with individuals dealing with sensitive situations
- Document client details and update internal systems accurately
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth client onboarding and follow-up
- Provide excellent client support while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese
- Strong conversational and communication skills in both languages
- Comfortable handling detailed discussions and explaining processes clearly
- Experience in customer support, client success, sales, call center, hospitality, or other client-facing roles preferred
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in a legal, intake, customer service, or appointment-setting environment
- Experience handling emotionally sensitive conversations
- Additional language skills are a plus
