Bilingual Inside Sales Representative (English & Thai)

We are looking for a fluent English and Thai-speaking Telesales / Sales Development Representative to support a UK-based B2B finance and payment processing business.

The role will focus on contacting Thai-speaking business leads, understanding their needs, presenting payment gateway and business funding solutions, handling objections, and converting qualified prospects into customers.

The ideal candidate should be confident speaking with business owners, comfortable making outbound calls, and motivated by performance-based commission.

Must Have

- Fluent in English and Thai

- Strong verbal communication skills in both languages

- Comfortable making outbound sales calls

- Experience in telesales, sales development, or a similar sales role

- Ability to qualify leads through phone conversations

- Confident pitching products or services to business owners

- Strong objection-handling skills

- Ability to work toward closing deals

- Comfortable working with sales targets and commission-based incentives

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to Thai-speaking business leads

- Focus on businesses in the Thai market, particularly Thai restaurants

- Qualify leads based on their business needs and suitability

Present and pitch:

- Payment gateway services

- Business funding services

- Answer questions and address prospect concerns

- Handle objections professionally

- Follow up with interested prospects

- Move qualified leads through the sales process

- Work toward closing deals and generating new business

- Maintain clear and accurate lead and sales information

Plus to Have

- Previous experience selling payment processing or financial services

- Experience selling to restaurants or other business owners

- Experience in B2B telesales or outbound sales

- Previous experience working with commission-based sales targets
