Customer Support Representative - Cantonese

We are looking for a Cantonese-speaking customer-focused professional who enjoys engaging with people and proactively resolving issues. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering exceptional service and turning customers into loyal brand advocates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and provide support
  • Deliver accurate and clear information regarding products, pricing, and availability
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain and update customer records through accurate data entry across multiple platforms

Qualifications

  • At least High School Graduate
  • Proficient in speaking and writing in Cantonese
  • Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills
