This would entail providing support in many varieties on Airline's customer service requests on social media platforms in Thai Language.
- Candidate must be at least college undergraduate or Graduate of any Bachelor's degree
- High level of and proven experience in both Written & Spoken in Thai Language.
- Good English-Speaking skills with 6 months-2 years experience in customer service is preferable.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Flickr, Google+ etc.) as needed in the job.
- Willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa, in a flexible shifting or rotational schedule.
