We are seeking a French Bilingual Agent to support a global account focused on application processing and customer assistance. This role involves managing inquiries, guiding customers through required steps, and ensuring accuracy in all submitted information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information about application procedures and requirements
- Review, validate, and record customer data following compliance standards
- Handle sensitive documents with confidentiality
- Escalate complex issues when necessary while maintaining service quality
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in French and English (spoken and written)
- Background in customer service or BPO is an advantage
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to work in a structured, guideline‑driven environment
- Willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa, in a flexible shifting or rotational schedule.
