Role Description The Bihler Machine Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Manila. The individual in this role will operate and monitor Bihler machinery to produce parts according to technical specifications and production targets. Day-to-day tasks include setting up machines, performing basic adjustments, loading materials, and using hand tools to support machine operation and minor maintenance. The role involves conducting visual and measurement checks, following quality control procedures, and documenting production results to ensure consistent output. The Bihler Machine Operator will also follow safety guidelines, coordinate with supervisors and team members, and report issues or equipment malfunctions promptly.

- Troubleshoot issues that might occur and carry out repairs on the machine

- Performing calibration, monitoring and controlling of the machinery and various adjustment tasks, maintenance and cleaning of the machine and work area

- Performing of various setup activities

- Providing feedback on order status and storing of finished products

- Quality control of products according to inspection instructions

- Ensuring a tidy and clean workspace

- Follow all necessary safety guidelines

- Initiating the escalation process in case of issues

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Automated Machine Operation skills, with practical experience operating Bihler machinery.
• Candidates should possess Quality Control skills, including visual inspection, basic measurements, and adherence to production standards.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with industrial Machinery and the ability to perform basic preventive maintenance.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in using Hand Tools safely in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with supervisors, technicians, and team members.
• Relevant experience in metalworking, stamping, or automated production lines is beneficial.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, follow safety protocols, and work in a fast-paced environment is required.
• A vocational or technical certificate in mechanical, industrial, or related fields is an advantage.
