BIGO LIVE - Agency Management Operations

Main Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for managing agency relationship and the signing process of new agency.

2. Be responsible for hatching potential agencies, motivate them to upgrade to professional agencies.

3. Participate in drafting and revising the policies of agency management, and provide reasonable references and suggestions.

4. Build and maintain a good cooperating environment and relationship with agencies.

5. Work with agency managers to actively manage communities of creators in different verticals.

6. Participate in drafting and revising the policies of creators recruiting, calculate and illustrate payment details to creators.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in statistics, marketing, business management or related fields;

2. Excellent spoken and written communication skills, fluent in English and Tagalog;

3. Comfortable with data managing and familiar with tools such as Microsoft Office & SQL;

4. More than 1 year of working experience related to live streaming, short video, tv show or other content service industries;

5. Professional, patient communication skills with agencies;

6. Good at multi-tasking and own the ability to work under pressure.

Work Arrangement:

This role requires working from the office five days a week.
