Job Description

Responsible in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the companys sales operations by managing sales tools, ensuring data quality to maximize productivity to help the sales team achieve sales target and operate more efficiently. Provides administrative and operational support to sales team , tracking documentation requirement and progress ,updating of reports.

Responsibilities

  • Process Sales Order
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of accreditation compliance
  • Communicate and coordinate with Account Managers to ensure quotes and resulting orders are complete
  • Prepares ,compiles ,checks and submits list of documentary /material requirements for bidding
  • Assist sales team to identify potential projects for bid

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree of any four year course
  • With minimum one year working experience
  • Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details
  • Able to work cross functional
  • Above average in written and verbal English communication skills
