Description


Role Purpose

As Bid Support Administrator you will provide administrative support for regional and global bids from the Manila team. This role ensures proposals are well-organised, submissions are timely, and all bid documentation is managed efficiently. They will also provide updates, and customise proposal content for regional and global bids, ensuring that bid content is accurate, current, and aligned with NCC Group's messaging, enabling bid teams, solution architects and sales to produce high-quality proposals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities



Summary

  • Maintain and update bid content libraries, templates, and standard responses.

  • Tailor content to regional bid requirements and client specifications.

  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and bid managers to gather and edit technical and non-technical content.

  • Ensure consistency and quality in all bid materials.

  • Support volume-based bids and administrative content tasks as required.

  • Assist in formatting, compiling, and submitting bid documents.

  • Maintain version control and organisation of bid content and templates.

  • Track bid schedules and support milestone management.

  • Upload and manage documentation in bid portals and content libraries.

  • Support volume-based bids and ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
