Job Description:

  • Provide operational support for Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and other Bid Desk activities.
  • The Bid Proposal team, part of Sales Operations, owns the end-to-end process for completing high-value Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Security and Due Diligence Questionnaires, and Vendor Onboarding Forms on behalf of the Sales team.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage completion of high-value, time-sensitive cases by coordinating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Security, Privacy, Risk, Legal, Financial Crimes).
  • Proactively handle Sales requests for bid proposal support (e.g., RFPs, Security Questionnaires) via Salesforce Cases and project manage each request through completion.
  • Operate third-party software tools (e.g., Loopio) to import, manage, and track RFP and DDQ requests.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships across multiple functional areas to achieve shared goals.
  • Identify and recommend best practices and process improvements for the Bid Proposal team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Experience with RFPs, Due Diligence, and Security Questionnaires.
  • Salesforce experience (Salesforce Case management is a strong plus).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (daily interaction with Sales and partner teams).
  • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills to manage multiple time-sensitive requests simultaneously.
