Provide operational support for Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and other Bid Desk activities.
The Bid Proposal team, part of Sales Operations, owns the end-to-end process for completing high-value Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Security and Due Diligence Questionnaires, and Vendor Onboarding Forms on behalf of the Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage completion of high-value, time-sensitive cases by coordinating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Security, Privacy, Risk, Legal, Financial Crimes).
Proactively handle Sales requests for bid proposal support (e.g., RFPs, Security Questionnaires) via Salesforce Cases and project manage each request through completion.
Operate third-party software tools (e.g., Loopio) to import, manage, and track RFP and DDQ requests.
Build strong collaborative relationships across multiple functional areas to achieve shared goals.
Identify and recommend best practices and process improvements for the Bid Proposal team
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
Experience with RFPs, Due Diligence, and Security Questionnaires.
Salesforce experience (Salesforce Case management is a strong plus).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (daily interaction with Sales and partner teams).
Excellent prioritization and organizational skills to manage multiple time-sensitive requests simultaneously.
