We're looking for a Junior Bid Manager who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about professional writing and business development. How You'll Make an Impact
- Assist in the preparation of professional tender submissions and business proposals
- Draft, edit, proofread, and format tender responses to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Coordinate information gathering from internal stakeholders across multiple departments
- Support the development and maintenance of bid libraries, case studies, capability statements, and proposal content
- Assist in researching prospective clients, tender opportunities, and market information
- Maintain accurate tender records, submission trackers, and supporting documentation
- Prepare stakeholder briefings, submission checklists, and supporting materials
- Support compliance reviews to ensure submissions meet client requirements
- Assist with improving proposal templates, processes, and documentation standards
- Contribute to post-tender reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
