Job Description
Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Public Administration, Political Science,
Business Management, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in procurement or bidding (preferably in AEC industry)
Proven track record of success in securing private and government contracts through
competitive bidding processes.
Strong working knowledge of RA 9184 and government procurement processes
Excellent communication, documentation, and negotiation skills
Confident, professional, and comfortable engaging high-level stakeholders
Trustworthy and detail-oriented
Familiarity with PhilGEPS and Bid and Awards Committee procedures required
Experience in contract review and legal compliance a plus
