We are currently hiring a Bid & Proposal Designer to support a well-established Australian trades and infrastructure company.

About the Client

Our client is a respected national provider of trades and infrastructure services across Australia. They deliver commercial and government projects and regularly prepare detailed, compliance-driven tender submissions and capability statements.

They are seeking a skilled designer to elevate the quality, branding, and professionalism of their bid and marketing materials.

The Role

This is a design-focused position responsible for producing high-quality, brand-aligned tender submissions and corporate marketing materials.

You will collaborate closely with Australian leadership to transform technical and compliance-heavy content into clear, visually compelling, and professionally formatted documents.

This role requires strong attention to detail, structured formatting capability, and the ability to meet strict deadlines while working Australia hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and format tender submissions and proposal documents
• Develop and maintain corporate and project-specific capability statements
• Create branded templates for bids, presentations, and reports
• Produce marketing collateral and social media graphics (in collaboration with marketing)
• Ensure all documentation aligns with brand standards and compliance requirements
• Manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Proven experience designing bid/tender or proposal documents
• Strong skills in layout, typography, and brand consistency
• Experience working with technical or compliance-heavy documents
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work Australia business hours
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated home workspace

Highly Preferred

• Experience supporting construction, engineering, or infrastructure businesses
• Experience working with Australian, UK, or US clients
• Copywriting or content editing experience
• Familiarity with compliance or safety documentation
