Job Description:

We are also seeking a BI Scrum Master who will lead and coordinate Business Intelligence (BI) projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals. This role involves facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing dependencies, and driving collaboration across cross-functional teams. The Scrum Master will own the successful implementation of BI initiatives and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Agile Facilitation: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and Scrum of Scrums. Remove impediments or guide the team to resolve them by engaging the right resources. Foster an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.

- Coordination & Communication: Coordinate with other IT teams outside the Scrum team to manage dependencies. Communicate progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders effectively. Ensure organized and efficient cross-functional team collaboration.

- Project Management: Manage multiple BI projects concurrently in a dynamic environment. Prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and monitor performance against project plans. Develop and maintain training materials and documentation as needed.
