Role Overview: This role is perfect for a multi-faceted developer who bridges the gap between cloud data engineering and data visualization. You will build the infrastructure in Azure and deliver the final visual narrative through Power BI.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and orchestrate data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF).
- Develop and optimize end-to-end Power BI solutions, including DAX calculations and data modeling.
- Utilize Python for data preparation, API integrations, and scripting.
- Perform data profiling and validation using SQL to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Support the KDN team in maintaining cloud-based data ecosystems.
Technical Requirements
- Data Orchestration: Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (pipelines, activities, and linked services).
- Visualization: Proficiency in Power BI (Power Query, DAX, and Row-Level Security).
- Programming: Ability to write clean Python code for data processing.
- Database: Solid SQL skills for querying and managing relational databases.
Preferred Qualifications for Both Roles
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in data-centric roles.
- Communication: Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) for a global delivery environment.
