Job Description
Company Description
The Lind Boracay, the flagship property of The Lind Hotels, is a luxury beachfront resort located along Boracay's renowned White Beach.
The Lind Hotels brand was born from a vision to create places where modern living and the inherent warmth of Filipino hospitality seamlessly intertwine. This vision first took shape on the idyllic shores of Boracay and continues to flourish as the brand expands to carefully selected destinations known for their distinct natural beauty.
The Lind Hotels is dedicated to creating welcoming and thoughtfully designed spaces that foster meaningful connections, deliver personalized experiences, and create lasting memories.
Role Description
The Beverage Manager will lead the development, curation, and overall management of The Lind Boracay's beverage program, encompassing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic offerings across the resort.
The role will oversee beverage concepts and experiences for the resort's dining outlets — Crust, our beachfront Mediterranean-inspired bar and café; Tartine, our all-day dining restaurant featuring international cuisine; and Yim, our specialty Thai restaurant.
Beyond the restaurants and bars, the Beverage Manager will help shape beverage experiences across Breakfast, In-Room Dining, Butler Service, Banquets and Events, while exploring opportunities to enhance the guest journey through welcome beverages, spa refreshments, lobby offerings, guest room amenities, and other resort touchpoints.
The position calls for a beverage professional who combines hands-on mixology expertise, creativity, leadership, and commercial awareness. The Beverage Manager will develop signature drinks, seasonal menus, beverage promotions, food and beverage pairings, and unique concepts that complement each outlet while building a distinctive and cohesive beverage identity for The Lind Boracay.
