We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Bespoke Tailoring Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, an eye for detail, and a strong understanding of tailoring, alterations, and customer service. As a Bespoke Tailoring Sales Consultant, you will provide personalized styling advice, deliver exceptional service, and ensure that customers receive a truly bespoke and tailored experience.
Customer Service & Consultations:
- Provide personalized, one-on-one consultations to customers regarding tailoring, style preferences, and alterations.
- Assess customer needs to offer expert advice on style, fabric, fit, and design options.
- Deliver a premium customer experience by offering tailored solutions that align with customers personal style and requirements.
Tailoring & Alterations:
- Guide clients through the measurement process, ensuring accurate and precise measurements are taken.
- Advise on appropriate alterations for garments to enhance fit, comfort, and style.
- Collaborate with the tailoring team to ensure all alterations and customizations meet the highest standards of craftsmanship.
Sales & Product Knowledge:
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of fabrics, styles, and current trends to recommend clothing items and combinations tailored to customers needs.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets by offering exceptional service and generating repeat business.
- Educate customers on fabric types, garment construction, and the benefits of bespoke tailoring.
Customer Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction.
- Follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure the final product meets their expectations and to offer additional styling advice or alterations.
Operational Support:
- Ensure the fitting room and retail space are organized and maintained to a high standard.
- Assist with stock management and ensure the availability of key product lines.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a luxury retail environment, preferably in bespoke tailoring, fashion styling, or alterations.
- Strong understanding of fabric types, garment construction, and tailoring processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to take accurate measurements and advise customers on proper fit and alterations.
- Strong sales skills with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for style and fashion trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bespoke Tailoring Consultant or in a related field is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of garment alterations and tailoring techniques.
