Benefits & Compliance Administrator

Max's Group, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Benefits Administrator to oversee government-mandated benefits, administer statutory programs, and ensure compliance with government requirements and company policies.

The role will support HMO and life insurance coverage, maintain accurate employee benefits records, respond to inquiries, and ensure benefits transactions are processed accurately and timely.
