We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Benefits Analyst to support our U.S. operations while collaborating closely with the broader Benefits Administration team.
In this role, you will provide end-to-end benefits administration support for a large employee population of approximately 8,000 full-time employees across North America. You will work closely with HR Operations teams responsible for benefits, payroll, and HR support and will report directly to the Senior Manager of Benefits Administration.
Essential Functions
- Ensure the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in HRIS systems to provide vendors with correct eligibility information.
- Assist with new-hire orientations, ensuring employees understand their benefits package.
- Perform regular quality checks of benefits-related data.
- Provide employee support on benefit claims, plan changes, and enrollment inquiries.
- Distribute enrollment materials, determine eligibility, and enroll employees with carriers, including processing life status changes.
- Respond to inquiries from managers and employees regarding plan provisions, enrollments, status changes, and general benefits questions.
- Process and administer leave-of-absence requests and disability paperwork (medical, personal, disability, and FMLA).
- Interpret FMLA and ADA regulations as they relate to leaves and disability accommodations.
- Respond to 401(k) inquiries, assist with enrollments and plan changes, and manage annual catch-up contribution enrollments.
- Support and execute the annual Open Enrollment process, including communications, issue resolution, and vendor coordination.
- Generate and maintain reports related to allocation and billing charges.
- Maintain familiarity with U.S. benefits administration and various benefit plans.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR benefits administration; experience supporting U.S. benefits strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting large employee populations (5,000+ employees) is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits administration and applicable U.S. laws and regulations; Mexico benefits knowledge is a plus.
- Thorough understanding of FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, COBRA, ACA, and ERISA compliance requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/benefits systems (SAP or similar U.S. benefits platforms).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and international teams.

Position Details
- Full-time position.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week.
- Hybrid work arrangement based in Cebu, Philippines (office and work-from-home).
- Role requires support of U.S. operations and collaboration with U.S.-based stakeholders.
