Job Description

About the role: As a Benefits Administrator, you will support Asia Pacific clients in benefits enrolment, data validation, claims processing, reporting, and query handling. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build expertise in benefits administration, data analysis, and client management while working on projects alongside industry experts.

Work Setup: Hybrid

Work Shift: Day Shift

Work Location: Taguig City

Contract Duration: Almost 1 year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support benefit plan administration for APAC clients following established processes and tools.
  • Perform data processing and validation for benefits enrolment, new joiners, and payroll/provider reporting.
  • Conduct data analysis and reconciliation in Excel to ensure accuracy across insurers, vendors, and client records.
  • Manage and respond to client and member queries via email and internal systems.
  • Support claims processing, reporting, and benefits administration activities.
  • Assist with policy renewals, scheme enrolments, and client onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and insurance vendors to validate and maintain accurate benefits data.
  • Ensure service level agreements and deadlines are consistently met.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, benefits administration, insurance, or financial services.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong client service orientation and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Advanced or intermediate Microsoft Excel (formulas, data validation, reporting).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience in data entry, validation, and data reconciliation.
