In this role, you will assist members, patients, and healthcare providers by handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries related to behavioral health services, coordinating care, verifying benefits, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Assist members and healthcare providers with behavioral health-related inquiries.
- Verify member eligibility, benefits, and coverage information.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate services when necessary.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
- Resolve customer concerns while providing exceptional service.
- Meet quality, productivity, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- College graduates are welcome to apply (No BPO experience required).
- College undergraduates must have at least 6 months of BPO or customer service experience.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
- Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
