Qualifications
- College Level, Vocational, High School Diploma/Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Preferable candidates with sales experience for at least 1-2 years. (Banking or Insurance, Real Estate, Vehicle/Car Dealership, Credit Card Sales, Casino Sales, Same or Related)
- Strong communication skills, has pleasing personality, and confidence.
- Flexible with area of assignments and shifting of schedules.
- Willing to be trained.
- Engage with potential clients from diverse backgrounds and age groups in a professional and inclusive manner.
- Proactively approach and stop potential clients to introduce and discuss company products or services.
- Conduct product demonstrations to effectively showcase features, benefits, and value to customers.
- Present, promote, and sell company products or services using effective and assertive selling techniques.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Handle sales inquiries, negotiations, and efficiently close sales deals.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Accurately document sales activities, customer information, and transactions in accordance with company standards.
- Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by management to support business operations.
- Monthly salary up to 22,000, plus performance-based incentives
- Opportunity to earn incentives of up to 120,000
