Beauty Consultant – Jamila Aesthetics (Mandaluyong Branch)

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Beauty Consultant to join our Mandaluyong branch. Your primary goal is to increase clinic sales by acquiring new clients, converting inquiries into booked treatments, upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients, and helping the branch achieve its monthly sales targets.

As the first point of contact for many clients, you will educate them about our treatments, recommend personalized solutions based on their concerns and goals, and provide an exceptional customer experience from consultation through aftercare.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new clients through walk-ins, referrals, social media inquiries, and follow-ups.
• Conduct consultations to understand clients skin concerns and beauty goals.
• Recommend suitable treatments, packages, and products based on client needs.
• Convert inquiries into appointments and treatment bookings.
• Upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.
• Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat visits and client loyalty.
• Meet and exceed individual and branch sales targets and KPIs.
• Coordinate with doctors and therapists to ensure excellent patient care.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up after treatments.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience is required. We are looking for an outgoing, energetic, and positive individual with a strong can-do attitude.
• Previous experience in aesthetics, beauty, wellness, luxury retail, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Sales-driven, confident, and customer-focused.
• Passionate about skincare, beauty, and helping clients achieve their goals.
• Willing to work in SMDC Fame Mall, Mandaluyong.

Success in this role is measured by your ability to attract new clients, convert consultations into treatments, increase repeat business, and consistently achieve sales goals while providing outstanding client service.
