Role Description The Beauty Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Cebu. The Beauty Consultant will engage customers in-store, provide personalized beauty and skin care recommendations, and demonstrate product features and benefits across Cosmetigroup's luxury beauty brands. Daily tasks include conducting product consultations, assisting with makeovers or demonstrations, maintaining product displays, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. The role also involves driving retail sales, meeting sales targets, handling customer inquiries and concerns, and providing after-sales support to build long-term customer relationships. The Beauty Consultant will collaborate with the store team, participate in product and brand trainings, and stay current with beauty trends and new product launches.

Qualifications

• Strong cosmetology and skin care expertise, with the ability to provide tailored beauty consultations.
• Solid product knowledge across cosmetic and skin care lines, including ingredients, benefits, and usage.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a customer-centered approach and professional demeanor.
• Retail sales experience, including meeting sales targets, handling transactions, and promoting products.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a diverse customer base.
• Ability to work on-site in Cebu, including weekends or holidays as required by retail operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining product displays and store standards.
• Prior experience in beauty consulting, cosmetics retail, or related fields is an advantage.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and stay updated on beauty industry trends.
