Role Description

The Beauty Advisor – SIS Counter role at Kimirica is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Beauty Advisor will greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable Kimirica products, including skincare, bath and body, and wellness items. Responsibilities include demonstrating product usage, explaining ingredients and benefits, and maintaining a high standard of customer service at the counter. The role also involves achieving retail sales targets, managing stock levels, ensuring visual merchandising is in line with brand guidelines, and keeping the counter clean and organized. The Beauty Advisor will work closely with the store team to support promotions, provide feedback on customer preferences, and uphold Kimirica's luxury service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of cosmetology and basic understanding of skin care principles.
• Ability to develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge across Kimirica's ranges.
• Proven customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and clear communication.
• Experience in retail sales, preferably in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle products.
• Interest in vegan, cruelty-free, and wellness-focused products and practices.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, including weekends and retail peak hours.
• Professional appearance, with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Prior experience as a Beauty Advisor or in a similar customer-facing retail role is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in beauty, cosmetology, or skincare is a plus.
