As a Beauty Advisor, you are a vital frontline representative of Dermorepubliq tasked with driving sales, delivering personalized skincare solutions, and creating exceptional in-store experiences.
More than a sales associate, you are a skincare expert and beauty role model. You bring the latest product innovations and knowledge to customers, while promoting personal wellness, confidence, and healthy self-care habits. You play a strategic role in converting foot traffic into loyal customers through authentic engagement, expert consultation, and effective follow-through.
You'll participate in kiosk operations, mall activations, and promotional events while receiving ongoing training, coaching, and performance support. A results-oriented mindset, flexibility in kiosk assignments, and commitment to personal development are key to your success.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Generation
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with Dermorepubliq s growth goals
- Proactively identify sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling based on skincare needs and concerns
- Leverage in-depth product knowledge and training to build trust and drive sales conversion
- Stay updated with regular product trainings and refreshers to improve selling techniques and stay informed on new launches
Customer Experience & Brand Representation
- Deliver a personalized, consultative, and professional experience to every customer
- Offer in-depth skincare consultations, product recommendations, and live demonstrations
- Educate customers on skincare routines, ingredient benefits, and Dermorepubliq's unique value proposition
- Promote confidence and wellness through your role as a beauty and skincare role model
- Uphold brand image by maintaining a clean, organized, and visually aligned kiosk
Operational Efficiency
- Accurately process sales transactions and maintain proper documentation
- Participate in kiosk opening/closing, inventory replenishment, and regular stock audits
- Monitor fast-moving SKUs and report inventory concerns for proactive stock management
4. Strategic Execution & Reporting
- Provide valuable customer feedback, product interest trends, and competitor insights
- Support in-store promotions, product launches, and campaign rollouts
- Collaborate with teammates and area leaders to implement sales strategies aligned with Dermorepubliqs retail roadmap
Submit accurate daily sales reports, including:
- Sales and units sold
- Foot traffic count and conversion rate
- Customer engagement summaries and after-care follow-ups
Participate in monthly reporting with the Offline Team to:
- Share observed areas for improvement
- Engage in 1:1 coaching session to enhance performance and selling confidence
Event Participation & Kiosk Flexibility
- Represent the brand during mall activations, outdoor campaigns, and pop-up events
- Assist in booth setup, sampling, product education, and customer engagement
- Maintain a consistent, professional brand image across all event touchpoints
- Be willing to support other kiosk locations when required
