Job Description
The Beauty Advisor / Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers by providing excellent service and recommending suitable beauty products. The role also supports daily store operations such as monitoring stock levels, maintaining organized and attractive product displays, and coordinating with the warehouse team. This position helps drive sales and ensures a smooth and positive shopping experience for customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in retail sales, preferably in beauty or FMCG.
- Knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse coordination is an advantage.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
- Sales-driven, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist and greet customers, recommend suitable beauty products, and support sales targets.
- Provide basic beauty advice, product demonstrations, and inform customers about promotions and new products.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure products are properly labeled, priced, and displayed.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for deliveries, stock organization, and inventory checks.
- Report damaged, expired, or slow-moving items to supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area and assist with store opening and closing tasks.
