Streamlining of Data and Communications for BD's Learning Resources
Training & Development
Design training modules and create comprehensive training content covering a range of topics
Facilitate online cascades and in-person training sessions
Plan and organize training executions
Learning Management
Track employee's learning completion, attendance and feedback
Maintain updated dashboards and reports
Learning Needs Analysis
Coordinate with the different teams in BD to identify the team's learning gaps and requirements
Analyze the result of training assessments to identify areas to focus
Provide support on ad hoc assignments as and when needed
Requirements
College Graduate
Has at least three years of work experience, preferably in an Organizational Development or Training roles in previous job
Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills in English
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, sensitivity to data, and proficient with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, and Canva
