Job Responsibilities

1. Market Development: Identify and onboard new distribution channels aligned with local market dynamics and dealer network structure.

2. Dealer Management: Visit dealers regularly and run monthly meetings to execute brand strategies, gather feedback, and resolve issues.

3. Market Insights & Strategy: Conduct local market research and translate findings into actionable business plans.

Job Requirements

1. 1+ years in BD or marketing, with proven success in channel expansion and dealer/client engagement.

2. Sharp market awareness, strong communication, and effective negotiation skills.

3. Integrity, goal-driven mindset, accountability, and ability to mobilize resources—focused on mutual growth.
