About the Role

We are looking for a commercially minded and analytically rigorous investment professional to join our Growth & New Ventures team. This role will play a critical role in evaluating strategic growth opportunities, potential investments, acquisitions, and new business ventures across the organization.

This is not a traditional business development or sales role. The ideal candidate will bring strong investment acumen, financial modelling expertise, and the ability to assess opportunities through both commercial and financial lenses.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate investment opportunities, acquisitions, and new ventures
• Develop and maintain complex financial models and valuation frameworks
• Conduct commercial, strategic, and market assessments
• Prepare business cases and investment recommendations for management
• Support transaction execution, due diligence, and investment evaluation activities
• Analyze project economics, returns, risks, and funding requirements
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify and assess growth opportunities
• Present financial and strategic insights to support decision-making

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in:

1. Investment Banking
2. Corporate Finance
3. Transaction Advisory
4. Project Finance
5. Strategic Investments
6. Corporate Development
7. Investment Houses or Fund Management

• Strong financial modelling and valuation capabilities are required
• Experience building and owning financial models from scratch
• Exposure to M&A, investments, business case development, or capital allocation exercises
• Excellent analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
