Corporate Planning & Business Development Manager

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for identifying growth opportunities and turning insights into business results We are looking for a Corporate Planning & Business Development Manager to drive strategic initiatives, support executive decision-making, and identify new opportunities that contribute to the organization's long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning initiatives aligned with the company's vision and business objectives.
  • Conduct environmental scanning to identify market trends, emerging opportunities, competitive movements, and potential business risks.
  • Develop financial models, business cases, and feasibility studies to support investment and expansion decisions.
  • Perform market research and business analysis to provide actionable insights for senior leadership.
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Present strategic recommendations and business insights to executive management.
  • Monitor industry developments and recommend initiatives that strengthen the company's competitive advantage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. MBA is an advantage.
  • At least 5–8 years of experience in Corporate Planning, Strategy, Business Development, Management Consulting, or related functions.
  • Strong experience in financial modeling, financial analysis, and business case development.
  • Excellent understanding of strategic planning, market analysis, and business performance management.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent analytical, research, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
  • Agile, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
