Corporate Planning & Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning initiatives aligned with the company's vision and business objectives.
- Conduct environmental scanning to identify market trends, emerging opportunities, competitive movements, and potential business risks.
- Develop financial models, business cases, and feasibility studies to support investment and expansion decisions.
- Perform market research and business analysis to provide actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and revenue-generating initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Present strategic recommendations and business insights to executive management.
- Monitor industry developments and recommend initiatives that strengthen the company's competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. MBA is an advantage.
- At least 5–8 years of experience in Corporate Planning, Strategy, Business Development, Management Consulting, or related functions.
- Strong experience in financial modeling, financial analysis, and business case development.
- Excellent understanding of strategic planning, market analysis, and business performance management.
- Demonstrated success in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent analytical, research, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels.
- Agile, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
