- Supervise the operation of all Batching Plants.
- Settle all operation-related problems of all Batching Plants.
- Conduct regular meetings with all Batching Plant Operators.
- Conduct training for Batching Plant Operators.
- Ensure that the approved procedure of the Batching Plant is followed on all levels of the Batching Plantoperation.
- Lead the installation and dismantling of new Batching Plants.
- Recommend and implement policies deemed necessary for the efficient operation of all Batching Plants.
- Performs other tasks delegated by the Production Head or Top Management.
- Ready Mixed Concrete Production
- Supervise the whole operation of the Batching Plant.
- Supervise activities of all Batching Plant Operators and Batching Plant Tenders.
- Oversee the production of Ready Mixed Concrete from the preparation, mixing, loading, and pouring.
- Ensure that the Ready Mixed Concrete produced is within the customer specifications and parameters by ensuring that the specification sheets for defining sizes of aggregates, proportion of cement, and water equired for batch of concrete are being followed.
- Ensure the sufficiency of raw materials needed by the Batching Plant.
- Ensure the maintenance of proper safety regulations in the Batching Plant operation.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of ready-mixed concrete being produced.
- Monitor the Preventive Maintenance of the Batching Plant.
- Ensure the orderly and clean operations of the Batching Plant.
- Responsible for the distribution of manpower and daily activities of the Batching Plant.
- Ensure that timely submission of Batching Plant reports.
Reports To: Production Head
- Specifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or any Engineering-related course.
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- At least 2 years of experience in Batching Plant operation.
- Good understanding of Batching Plant operations and Construction.
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills.
