Job Roles

  • Customer Service Representative: First point of contact at the bar, engaging with guests.
  • Drink Specialist: Expert in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
  • Bar Maintenance Keeper: Keeps the bar area clean and organized.
  • Inventory Manager (Support Role): Helps monitor stock and restock supplies.
  • Cash Handler: Manages billing, tabs, and transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drink Preparation & Service
  • Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately.
  • Follow drink recipes and portion controls.
  • Serve drinks in a timely manner, especially during peak hours.

Customer Interaction

  • Greet customers with a friendly attitude.
  • Take drink orders and suggest beverages or specials.
  • Handle customer complaints or direct them to management when needed.

Bar Cleanliness & Organization

  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, tools, and glassware.
  • Ensure bar is fully stocked and organized before and after shifts.

Inventory & Supplies

  • Monitor alcohol and supply levels.
  • Assist with restocking, inventory checks, and placing supply orders if needed.

Compliance & Safety

  • Check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service.
  • Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Cash & Tab Management

  • Manage POS systems, open/close tabs, and process payments accurately.
  • Balance the cash register at the end of the shift.
