Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages.
- Interact with guests, take orders and serve drinks.
- Assess bar customers needs and preferences and make recommendations.
- Keep the bar area clean in accordance to the companys guidelines.
- Mix all drinks based on the serving sizes as outlined by the companys manual to keep drink costs at minimum.
- Count and take inventory of all beverages and supplies and assist with inventory ordering.
Qualifications
- Can work on a fast-paced environment and shifting schedule.
- Significant work experience food & beverage service industry.
- Can prepare food
- Provide customer service experience
- Creative and innovator in beverage development
- Preferably a graduate of HRM or any related courses.
