Join the Penshoppe Group's new business venture!

We're hiring (4) baristas for SIPP (Penshoppe).

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages following standard recipes and quality guidelines
• Execute batch brew, cold brew, manual pour-over, and signature drink preparations with consistency
• Operate beverage equipment and POS systems
• Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and proper beverage presentation
• Support team members during peak hours

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of experience in a coffee shop environment; preferably with experience in operating coffee machines
• Willingness to learn manual brewing techniques and signature recipes
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
• Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and extended mall hours
• Able to stand for extended periods (8 hours per shift)
• Able to work in a high-traffic retail environment with background noise
• Willing to work in Balintawak head office and/or Trinoma.
