Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and specialty beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area & equipments
- Promote and upsell products
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to ensure a positive customer experience
- Knowledgeable in the coffee industry, with experience in manual coffee machines
- Experience in Sales or in Hotel and Restaurant Management (an advantage but not required)
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
- Customer-oriented, enthusiastic, and sales-driven
- Able to multitask
- Willing to do overtime if necessary
- Willing to travel, and be assigned in Quezon City
