Role Summary
The Barista/Cashier ensures a great PICKUP COFFEE experience by preparing quality beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and handling transactions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Beverage Preparation: Craft coffee and other drinks as per recipes.
- Customer Service: Greet customers, assist with the menu, and address concerns.
- Cashier Duties: Process transactions, manage payments, and reconcile cash registers.
- Store Operations: Maintain cleanliness, assist in inventory, and follow safety protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Support team goals and help onboard new hires.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or as a barista is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for transactions.
- Passion for coffee and excellent service.
- Flexible for varied shifts, including weekends/holidays.
- Must have basic requirements and government clearances.
- Ready to start ASAP.
