Job Description
  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and tea beverages.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency and safety.
  • Engage with customers to provide excellent customer service and product recommendations.
  • Handle cash and process payments accurately.
  • Stay updated on coffee trends and participate in training sessions to improve skills.
Requirements
  • At least college level or vocational course graduate.
  • Additional training in food & beverage is an advantage.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Barista.
  • Has strong customer service skills.
  • Works well with others and in a team.
  • Communicates clearly with excellent verbal skills.
  • Can sell products and services effectively.
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Has a good memory for details and information.
  • Accepts criticism and performs well under pressure.
  • Works well with hands and manual tasks.
  • Salary range: PHP 14,500 - 18,000
Process
  • Phase 1: Face-to-face interview (December 2025)
  • Phase 2: Hands-on skills test (January 2026)
