Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience as a Barista, Juice Maker, or in a similar food/beverage role.
- Male, with pleasing personality
- Previous experience as a Cashier or familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and guidelines.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Food safety training or certification is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve freshly pressed juices, wellness shots, and other beverages according to Pure
Pantry's menu.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all drinks and light meals.
- Educate customers about the health benefits of juices and ingredients used.
- Handle cash and digital transactions efficiently and accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the juice bar area, equipment, and utensils.
- Manage inventory and restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist in daily opening and closing duties of the caf.
Salary Range: PHP 18,000PHP 25,000/month
